I found that inspiration - in more ways than one - can be found anytime we observe, explore or experience something new, be it looking at the stars or at nature around us, going to a concert or a play, meeting new people, going to new places.
We only have to make and take the time to get out of our daily routines.
If YOU are inclined to do just that, I would like to suggest the following places to visit:
The Rose Garden at Balboa Park in San Diego
The Art Museum at Princeton University, and while you are there, check out the campus and “downtown” Princeton, NJ
The Grounds for Sculpture in Hamilton Township, NJ
The Noyes Museum in Oceanville, NJ, a little north of Atlantic City
Wheaton Village and the American Museum of Glass in Millville, NJ. And while you are there, take a look at downtown Millville and the scenic Maurice River and, of course, the Riverfront Renaissance Center for the Arts.
Leaming Run’s Garden in May’s Landing, NJ. Check out their annual gardens, the old Colonial House, the chicken exhibit, observe the hummingbirds and learn how to attract them (and that would be NOT with a feeder!). Before you go, have breakfast at funky “Marge’’s Diner”, Rtes 9 & 83 in Clermont, NJ.
Bellview Winery in Landisville, NJ - take a tour of their vineyard and then taste some wine in their nice tasting room - and if you like it, take some bottles home with you!
The beautiful Brandywine Valley with its renowned gardens and museums.
Now, as far as watching the stars is concerned, I will add some more links on that subject soon!
